Our cousins Aaron and Crystal and their darling baby boy or should I say very indepenent big boy came down for the weekend. I took his pictures when he was just a newborn and now he is a year and a half and we were able to get some really cool shots. We just went to a playground and let him have at it. He threw little fits here and there when we wanted him to move to another destination but overall he is such a good baby and such an incredibly beautiful child. I had a lot of fun playing with him. Terry and his teeth

I thought I had a lot of dental issues but this poor boy has had 2 root canals in the last 2 months, one of which was yesterday. He was a bit miserable. He was able to take the day off so he could lay around and rest his poor little mouth. He had a very hard time getting to sleep last night becuase when he would lay down all the blood rushed to his aching tooth and he could feel his heart beat in his tooth. I'm writing this while he is still asleep so i'm hoping that a good nights rest will do it some good and he will feel up to par today. While he was getting some rest I was catching up on house work and starting a quilt I have been meaning to get around to forever. We also were able to watch American Idol. Abbe comes over and we have a gay ol' time making our own commentary on the contestants. I am now rooting for David Cook. That boy can sing. I have watched all the seasons and every year the person I want to win comes in second so I hope I am not sending out bad karma to these deserving people. Maybe this will be the year the curse will be broken and finally the person I am voting for will win. I mean I stay up all night voting and everything(just kidding) I haven't done that yet but I might get desperate enough to try:) It will be an interesting elimination night thats for sure. Bethany

As many of you have seen Terry's hair has gotten a little out of control. He has been finding it difficult to style it at all which means he is always wearing a hat. Sunday rolls around just once a week but boy is there drama when its time to fix this crazy mane. It really has a mind of its own. My husband is back!!!!!Yay look how handsome he is the only problem is now everyone will think he is still in his teens. I don't think I have ever seen hair change someone so drastically. He will always be adorable no matter the length of his hair but I sure do like seeing him without that dang hat.

So this weekend we did something we have never done together. We went golfing. There is a course here that is only 5 holes due to the lovely flood that occured here a few years back. You play the course twice so it is like 10 holes. It was actually really fun, after learning how to hold the club and swing at the ball without taking too much grass with it, I really enjoyed myself. Terry of course hit the balls so hard we lost several in the water and over houses( good thing for the bucket of balls we found!!!) We had a lot of fun together. I always enjoy my time with my love but with the exception of the wind sending sand every which way it really was a perfect day.

WATCH OUT GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS

I was lucky enough to have the day off today which meant Terry and I had the morning to do whatever tickled our fancies so we started off with a delicous waffle breakfast and chatted about what we wanted to do this beautiful day. Here are photos from what our day consisted of.....

You got it, golf balls. He is making it a personal challenge to beat the world record for collection of golf balls the current record is 90,000 and we have collected about 4o; 15 of which we collected today!! We have just a few more to gather:) When he does something he does it BIG. It was a beautiful day and I will never turn down a ride especially in this beautiful season where there are flowers blooming everywhere.

TIDE THIEF

Oh what a day it has been. To start off with I worked an 8 hour shift without a break, I barely had time to go to the bathroom. It was crazy busy and I was the only tech. It went by fairly quickly though so it was really fine but I was extremely tired and hungry when I got home. I was just wanting to veg but I knew there was laundry calling my name before I could just lounge around. As some of you know our washer and dryer are outside in a little shed. We normally keep it locked but since it has been getting hotter here lately the wood on the doors is expanding which makes it impossible to close all the way. So here I am carrying my whites outide. I start the washer and go for the detergent when to my suprise it is missing. Yes you read right MISSING. Someone stole my Tide. How could they? I am a very generous person and I am very pro clean clothes, so whoever it was that took it just needed to come knocking on my door and I would have been more than happy to give them some. I may have even thrown in some downy sheets. I hope they realize that laundry karma is going to get them and they will probably end up with a pink wardrobe!!!! And you know what Terry will be up to this weekend-securing the laundry facility cameras and all ok maybe not cameras but definetly another lock that will insure this bandit doesn't get away with this again. Whats next our door mat. Well heres to another day, and for anyone thinking about stealing laundry detergent don't do it:)-B

A night together

Last night was a very unusual occasion- Terry worked during the day which meant we were able to spend the evening being together. We decided to take the long trek(30 minutes) to st. george and visit one of our all time favs CAFE RIO. Why is it so good there? It is such simple food but so incredibly good and it seems you can never get sick of it. I really do believe they must put something in the tortilla to make you leaving wanting more. Anyways we had such a fun time. I can't wait for the summer because that means he will be home every night. Yay!!!!
Work is finally at a spot where I feel comfortable there. Some of you have known how difficult it was for me to go every day with a good attitude. A week ago today actually there were some changes made in the staff and ever since then it has been heaven on earth. Its amazing how much contention one person can create. I don't dread going every day anymore. There is nothing worse then having to spend 9 hours of your day hating every minute of it. I'm glad everything has worked out. I will also have more hours which is a good thing as well.

Easter in Kanosh
